César Alejandro Farías Acosta (born 7 March 1973 in Cumaná, Venezuela) is a Venezuelan football manager. He is the current manager of the Venezuelan national football team. Farías is also known for having coached Deportivo Táchira, Mineros de Guayana, Deportivo Anzoátegui and the Venezuelan U-20 tea
